Collection: Eco-Friendly Honey

In collaboration with Maya beekepers in the town of Akumal, Mexico, we will soon be importing regular shipments of honey from stingless bees in the genus Melipona, which have been raised by the Maya people for hundreds of years. We will also be importing honey produced by honeybees (Apis mellifera) from the same area, to help keep the income of Maya beekeepers reliable and sustainable. Both versions are housed in ecologically-friendly housing in natural areas where the bees can fertilize a wide variety of native vegetation.
